The Site won't share any of this information unless the law requires it or to help you find prospects. You accept that submitproperty.com is not responsible for any privacy breaches that happen because of technological problems or any other reason.
The goal of www.submitproperty.com is to make the User experience safe and secure. The Site promises to protect your privacy, but it can't guarantee that it will. You realize and accept that you are fully responsible for using the Site.

It doesn't have anything to do with any transactions or communications, therefore it won't be responsible for any loss or damage that happens because of the use or temporary or permanent end of its services. Even if this document says otherwise, www.submitproperty.com will only be responsible to you for the amount you paid, if any, to submitproperty.com for the Service during your membership. This applies no matter what the action is.
• Because www.submitproperty.com is a public site that anyone may visit for free, it is not responsible for the quality or authenticity of the answers. RealEstate can't keep track of the answers that any User gets to the information they provide on the site. User should do their own background checks to make sure that all responses are real. www.submitproperty.com is not responsible for any mistakes in the information on this site.
• www.submitproperty.com says that they are not responsible for any problems that come up because of false information that is posted on the site.
• The User is told not to give any personal, private, or sensitive information to any present or former employee of the company. The User would do this at his or her own risk, and Site/Company would not be responsible for the results of any such information exchange, including but not limited to damages for lost profits or savings, business interruption, lost information, or reputation.
• That certain features are free and some are paid, and they may not be included in the mobile app version even though they are on the original website. This is because the mobile apps are made to be small and light so that they work well. Each User hereby indicates, warrants, and agrees that this is acceptable and that they will not ask for any such functionality to be added to the mobile app version.
The User agrees to do their own research before utilizing any information on the Site www.submitproperty.com. The Site shall not be responsible for any loss or harm that occurs as a result of using its services or stopping them temporarily or permanently. Despite anything else in this document, www.submitproperty.com's liability to you for any reason and in any form of action will always be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the Service during the term of your membership.
• That the mobile app version may not have some free and premium features that are on the original website because the applications are made to be small and light to make sure they work well. Each User expressly represents, warrants, and agrees that this is true and that they will not ask for any of these features to be added to the mobile app version.
• www.submitproperty.com may give Users free leads with some paid packages or special offers, but Users will not be able to hold www.submitproperty.com responsible for this because it is based on availability. These are requirements that buyers have stated, and www.submitproperty.com doesn't control how many people see them or how popular they are, so they can't be guaranteed. www.submitproperty.com will endeavor to send leads that meet the User's needs, but it is not responsible for making sure the information is correct and real.
REFUND PROPERTY LEADS
If you want a refund for Property leads because you can't reach the contact information, you need to let us know within 5 days after buying them. If you don't, we won't be able to help you.
We won't accept refund requests for leads that were canceled or completed because we don't have any control over the deal finalization, transactions, or preferences of the Users.
The request for a refund can't be more than 25% of the given Property leads quota. The request can be processed directly through the member folder, and the refund option will be unavailable once the limit is reached, no matter what the cause for the refund is.
WARNING
• The Company will not be responsible for any loss of information, no matter how it happens, whether it is due to an interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, or for the contents, accuracy, or quality of information that is available, received, or sent over the Service.
• The User is completely responsible for making sure that all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to the usage of systems, services, or equipment are followed at all times when using the Service. The Company is not responsible in any way for this.
• The Company does not make any promises or guarantees, either written or implied, about the Services or the accuracy or quality of any information supplied or received through www.submitproperty.com.
• The Company will not be responsible for more than the entire amount of fees and charges the User paid to the Company for the two (2) months before the incident that led to the claim.
• The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that happens because of the disclosure (accidental or otherwise) of any information about the User's account and details, or for any mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies in that information.
• The Company does not promise or guarantee the credentials, status, or authenticity of the buyer, seller, real estate agent, builder, etc. who contacts the Users after getting the information/data uploaded by the Users.
• The Company does not guarantee that www.submitproperty.com or any of the sites linked to it will not have any problems or viruses.
• The User understands that the Company does not have a policy of controlling or editing any data or content of any emails, postings, or information that may be sent or made public to a third party on or through www.submitproperty.com. The Company may refuse, suspend, terminate, delete, or change any artwork, materials, information, or content of any data or information or posting if, in the Company's sole opinion, doing so is necessary to follow the law or moral obligations placed on the Company and to avoid violating a third party's rights or any other rules, standards, or codes of conduct that may apply to the posting or www.submitproperty.com or the internet. The User is the only one who may validate the legitimacy of any response, question, or information displayed. www.submitproperty.com is a public platform that anybody can use for free. • The User is the only one who can change the data they send in, and they are the only ones who are liable for the new status of the information.
• The User must make sure that while using the Service, they always follow all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to the use of systems, service, or equipment. The Company will not be responsible in any way for the User's failure to do so.
• The Site is run and controlled from India, and it doesn't say that the materials are appropriate or will be available for usage in other regions of the world. You are completely responsible for following all local laws and international treaties and conventions if you use this Site from outside of India.
• It is strongly recommended that users check the legitimacy of any Pre-Launch offers they receive on their own. The Site does not support investing in projects that have not been officially approved and released by the Builder/Promoter. Users who do so do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• Before making an investment, users need to do the necessary background checks and verifications on any information provided by other users on the Projects / Properties. www.submitproperty.com is not responsible for the quality or authenticity of the Projects / Properties shown.
USE OF DATA
The User agrees and gives the Company permission to:
• The Company can use any data and information the User gives them in connection with this Agreement for its own purposes and can give that data and information to any other related companies or chosen third parties, such as search engines.
• Use any information provided by the User to send emails or make offers about certain services. These emails may not be considered unsolicited communication.
• Even if the Service is stopped or canceled for the User, all data and information provided by the User while using the Service will still be available at www.submitproperty.com for the Company to utilize in line with the service agreement with the User. The Company will keep all of the User's data and information in its property, records, and databases unless the User tells the Company to erase it after the Service is stopped or canceled.
RERA DISCLAIMER
Users who are sellers, like project developers, builders, and real estate agents, must register under the RERA Act 2016 and follow all of its laws, regulations, and recommendations. As required by the RERA Act 2016, these Users must provide all the necessary information and pertinent details. www.submitproperty.com does not promise or guarantee the accuracy of the information, including RERA credentials, posted by Project Developers, Builders, and Real Estate Agents, or their compliance.
The Site suggests that Users check the RERA websites for the State where the Project/Property is registered for full procedures and accurate information about the Project/Property that Project Developers/Builders/Real Estate Agents have posted on the Site. The Site also tells Users to do everything they can to verify the information before making any final decisions or transactions.
The Site will not be responsible for any losses, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages, that result from incorrect or inconsistent information posted on the Site.
The Company does not make any promises or guarantees, either express or implied, about the Services or the accuracy or quality of any information supplied or received via www.submitproperty.com.
INDEMNITY
You agree to protect www.submitproperty.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand made by a third party because you used the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or because you broke these Terms of Use and/or any of the promises and warranties you made above.
VARIATION
The Company can change the terms and conditions in this document and the Services Guide at any time, as long as they provide the User notice in a way that the Company decides.
At www.submitproperty.com, you can see the most up-to-date Terms and Conditions for this agreement. The User should check the Terms and Conditions on the site from time to time. To be clear, the User's continuous use of the Service means that they agree to and accept the new terms and conditions.
Paying for memberships:
Payments for services at www.submitproperty.com must be made solely to Submitproperty. You must pay for all services in full in advance in order to keep using them without interruption.
We have not given anyone or any group permission to collect payments for services provided by www.submitproperty.com in any other name (i.e., any other individual or organization name) or through personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts. You are told that www.submitproperty.com will not be responsible for any damage caused by any transactions or payments made to or for the benefit of these fraudulent people or organizations. If any of these fake people or groups tries to trick you, please get in touch with us right once to safeguard your interests.
The User, who is responsible for paying Subscription Fees, must do so on demand, even if they disagree with the amount for any reason. If the Company decides that the dispute is in the User's favor, it will give back to the User any extra money that the Member paid without charging interest. If the User doesn't pay any amounts due under this Agreement on time, the Membership and services would end.
Policy regarding refunds and getting your money back:
Once a User subscribes, they can't get their money back for the Paid service, and any claims for a refund will not be accepted. www.submitproperty.com does not guarantee that any of the content uploaded by other Users is accurate, up-to-date, or real, and it does not support any of it. All the services are done to the best of their ability.
Refunds for purchases that were not real
The User is completely responsible for keeping things private and for all the actions and transmissions that happen through his My Folder. He or she will be solely responsible for any online or offline transactions that involve credit cards, debit cards, or other types of instruments or documents. www.submitproperty.com will not be responsible for any misuse of information related to the use of credit cards or debit cards by the subscriber online or offline.
Refund based on a change in preference or a delay in the procedure
We at www.submitproperty.com have a lot of contact with our clients and do everything with their permission, thus we don't offer any form of full or partial refund.
You can't cancel an order once it's been placed because it goes into processing right away. Your personal choices changed over time, therefore you can't get a refund or charge back.

SUSPENSION / TERMINATION OF SERVICES
www.submitproperty.com can partially block a User's access to some features, panels, access points, or completely close a User's Account at any time without giving a reason or notice to the User (Free and Paid Members). This is done to protect the interests of other Users of www.submitproperty.com and/or the interests of www.submitproperty.com. www.submitproperty.com may entirely or partially suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons: reasonable suspicion, a complaint, a belief, an investigation, a notification from a law-making body or regulatory authority, or any other reason that they see fit:
• If the User(s) break any of the rules in this Agreement.
• If the User(s) gives false, wrong, or out-of-date information, or if the User(s) uses someone else's name or business name without permission or pretends to be someone else or a company identity in any way.
• If what the User does could cost other Users money or put them at risk of being sued, or if it could cost www.submitproperty.com or its affiliates money.
• If the User(s) is misusing or fraudulently using the Services or is taking part in illegal, banned, or inappropriate messages, activities, or transactions
• If the User(s) submits anything that isn't connected to the services offered by the Site or uses the Site to spam.
• If the User(s) gain access to, use, change, or control the Site database, network, or related services without permission.
• If a User(s) gets another User(s) Username and/or Password and uses it to get into that User(s) account.
• If the User(s) violates the intellectual property rights of another person or firm.
• If the User(s) do something that isn't in line with good business ethics and honesty.
If this happens, the User(s) would no longer be able to access the Free and Paid Services of the Site and would not be able to register again with new User information unless www.submitproperty.com gives them permission in writing. If the User(s) end their membership, they will get back any membership or subscription fees they paid. The User(s) agree that submitproperty.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that happens as a result of this termination.
USER DISPUTES
You are the only one who is responsible for your interactions at www.submitproperty.com. www.submitproperty.com has the right, but not the duty, to watch for problems between Members.
www.submitproperty.com will not be involved in any legal action between a User and another registered or free User for any transactions made through the Site. www.submitproperty.com will always follow the orders of the governing or legal authorities and fully cooperate with the process, but the costs of doing so will be charged to the party that has implicated submitproperty.com in such a case.
DISPUTES AND JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
Any legal dispute involving www.submitproperty.com shall be adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of Nagpur. All legal matters are solely subject to the laws that are now in effect in NAGPUR and can only be heard by courts in NAGPUR.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of India govern this Agreement and any problems or issues that come up from using www.submitproperty.com. The User and the Company agree that the courts in Nagpur, India have exclusive jurisdiction over these matters. You agree to this Agreement when you use the Site and again when you become a User of www.submitproperty.com. It covers everything you and www.submitproperty.com have agreed upon about using the Site and/or the Service. The rest of this Agreement will still be in effect even if one part of it is found to be invalid.
