User: In this Agreement, a "User" is anybody who visits the Site for any reason, even if they are not a registered User or a paying User for a specific service offered by www.Submitproperty.com. A User is the individual who uses this Site and any legal body that person may represent under real or apparent authority. An "unauthorized user" is anyone who accesses the services without having a legal or contractual right to do so. This includes anyone who does so without permission from the provider and agrees to follow the terms and conditions, especially those that protect the provider's intellectual property rights and follow licensing terms and conditions. Free Services: Anyone or anyone that joins the portal www.Submitproperty.com merely to list their property and show off their business online without using any special services. Paid Services: All Users can use the Site and some features for free. The Site does, however, retain the right to limit access to certain parts or features of the Site ("Paid Services") to paying Users or Users who go through a certain registration process without giving any notice. In addition to this Agreement, there are other agreements that govern access to and use of certain Paid Services. RERDA means the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, as it has been changed, along with any rules or regulations that may be made under it. Users agree and promise that (a) all registration information they provide is true and correct; (b) they will keep that information correct; (c) they are at least 18 years old; and (d) using the Site does not break any laws or rules that apply. (e) If we think a user has broken any of the rules above, we can erase their profile and cancel their membership without warning. (f) The Site will not be responsible for any damages, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages, or any damages that come from using the site or losing access to it, data, or profits, whether in contract, negligence, or any other tortious action. That the Users agree to only use this site for legal reasons and in a way that doesn't violate anyone else's rights or make it harder for them to use and enjoy this site. our includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is against the law or that may annoy, harass, or cause distress to anybody, as well as sending obscene or offensive content or interrupting normal conversation on our site. If you or someone else sees any inappropriate content on this site, please let us know by clicking on the "Feedback" link. The Site does not know anything about anyone's intellectual property rights. We can't check that the User of the Site has only listed things and services that they have full permission to sell, own, or deal in. As an INTERMEDIARY, our role is limited. If you have any concerns about copyright infringement, please let us know. The Site does not support or endorse products that may be seen as infringing just because they are listed on the Site, and it does not support infringement by removing those listings. The Site will not be responsible for any information or data that it does not know about or acknowledge, or for any copyright violations or other wrongdoings by its Users that it cannot verify. That the Site can delete a User's classifieds or listings at its own discretion if they are determined to be in violation of the copyright or intellectual property rights of a third party. This clause follows the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000, so there will be no dispute or argument about it in any instance or situation. This Agreement applies to each Paid Service (as defined below) in addition to any terms and conditions that may be applicable to such specific Paid Service provided, however, that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the terms and conditions that may be applicable to such Paid Service and any provision of this Agreement, such conflict or inconsistency shall (except as otherwise expressly provided or agreed) be resolved in a manner favorable to www.Submitproperty.com and/or its affiliates; and only to the extent that such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, the provisions of the terms and conditions applicable to such specific Paid Service shall prevail. It is possible for www.Submitproperty.com to change this Agreement at any time by posting the new version on the Site. The new and revised Agreement will go into force as soon as it is posted. By posting the new and improved Agreement on www.Submitproperty.com and continuing to use the Site, you agree to the new terms. An authorized officer of www.Submitproperty.com must write down any changes to this Agreement. Membership starts within two business days of receiving the activation fees and lasts for the amount of time that the fees were paid. However, the Web pages are made based on the information and approval given by the User, and this process may take some time. There will be no exceptions made for this period. Users should know that the servers belong to a third party and that access to the services may not always be available because of technical issues or hackers. www.Submitproperty.com or the parent company is not responsible for any costs, damages, or extensions of the activation period that happen as a result of this. Users are told to take communications and other things offline and store them somewhere else to avoid hacking or other technological issues. Membership fees can change at any time and are up to www.Submitproperty.com to decide. The Submitproperty might block or delete the webpage at any moment without giving a reason, and the Users will have no claim or right against www.Submitproperty.com under any circumstances. Users agree to receive calls, chats, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages on the numbers they provide when they sign up or later through registration forms, posting requirements, feedback, or any other form that allows for a phone number or mobile number, even if they are on the Do Not Call Registry. This includes company numbers, your number, and an assigned point of contact for the services they subscribe to on www.Submitproperty.com.

• The User accepts and makes it clear that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and any other information they supply to the Company when they apply for Membership in order to use the Service. The User will make sure that the information they give to www.Submitproperty.com does not contain any inaccurate, misleading, or distorted facts.
• The User promises to have all the rights and permissions they need before putting any content on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, listing information, property descriptions, photos, maps, layouts, contact information, and more.
• If a User is covered by the RERDA, they must make sure they follow all the rules, which may include getting the right registrations.
• The Site may also ask the User to back up his or her claims about the state of the property using documents that it may specify from time to time.
• The User is in charge of setting up or configuring all the equipment needed to use the Service.
• The User agrees to follow all notices or instructions from the Company about how to use the Service.
• The User is the only one who is accountable for all the information he or she gets, stores, and sends through the Service.
• The User is the only one who is responsible for keeping the login information private.
• This would include the User's password and username, as well as everything the User does and sends at www.Submitproperty.com.
• The User will let the Company know right away if someone else uses the User's account without permission or if the User knows of any other security violation
• The User will pay the Subscription Fees on time whenever the Company asks for them.
• The User will do everything necessary to keep the secret, including changing his password from time to time.
• If you decide to stop working with us, you can unsubscribe or delete your account by following the steps under the Remove Account link in your folder.

www.Submitproperty.com owns and keeps other rights to the site and its services. The Site has www.Submitproperty.com's copyrighted content, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You can't copy, change, publish, send, share, perform, show, or sell any of this proprietary information unless it is in the public domain or you have been given permission to do so.

The Company and/or its affiliates own or have permission to use all of the logos, brands, trademarks, and registered marks ("Marks") that appear on www.Submitproperty.com. All rights, whether they are legal or not, and intellectual property rights, belong completely to the Company and its affiliates. All rights not claimed by the Company or its associates under this Agreement are still theirs. Users do not get a license or permission to use these Marks just because they can use the Site. Therefore, it is against the law to use these Marks in any way or form. If you break any of the above rules, you will be breaking the law in India.

• The User will not use the Services supplied by the Site in any way that harms the Site's interests or operations and is against the law, including RERDA.
• The User won't let anybody else use the Service other for the people who are listed as approved on the application form.
• The User can only use the Service for the reason they signed up for it.
• The User will follow all laws that apply to them and will not break any laws in India that apply to the Services, including any rules issued under those laws.
• The User must not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to criminal objectives.
• The User must not use the Service to transmit or receive any message that is offensive on moral, religious, racial, or political grounds, or that is rude, obscene, threatening, or malicious.
• The User is not allowed to keep sending messages or making posts on www.Submitproperty.com to any other User or third party who visits www.Submitproperty.com without a good reason or to cause any harm, harassment, annoyance, irritation, or anxiety to anybody.
• The User is not allowed to send, upload, post, share, or publish any information or software that:
a.Brings a virus, worm, or other dangerous part into the Internet or the www.Submitproperty.com network system.
b.Violations of anyone's intellectual property rights or keeping information on a computer system or in any other way with the aim to do so.
c.Is illegal or could be seen as abusive, defamatory, libelous, hurtful, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive.

If the User breaks any of the covenants listed above and the Company finds out about it, the Company can delete any material related to the violations without telling the User first. The Company will warn the User to stop doing anything that leads to these violations. If the User keeps doing these things, the Company has the right to end or suspend the User's membership at www.Submitproperty.com and/or any other related facility. The Company has the right to seek legal remedy against the User to get back the money it lost and the damage done to its reputation because of the User's infringement. This is in addition to the right to indemnity that the Company has.

You can't upload, share, or copy any copyrighted content, trademarks, or other proprietary information without getting the owner's explicit permission first. Without limiting what was said above,

Because www.Submitproperty.com is an online platform, it can't promise that the information Users give to the Site will be kept private. This means that if there is a technical problem or any other reason that causes a breach of privacy, www.Submitproperty.com is not responsible..

The User has the right to see his or her own data and information kept in the database at www.Submitproperty.com (after confirming their identification) and can change or edit that data and information at any time. Users should know that if they give out personal information like their name and email address to someone and then get unwanted messages from third parties, www.Submitproperty.com is not responsible for such contact. In response to any legal action, including but not limited to court orders, notices, subpoenas, FIRs, etc., www.Submitproperty.com must release all information it has. The Company will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, know-how, and any other associated rights, for the Service or www.Submitproperty.com. If the User has added any content to www.Submitproperty.com in any way, the Company's intellectual property rights will immediately be transferred to the Company, and the User will not have any rights or claims over them. If the User uses this intellectual property on any other website or related activity during the term of his agreement or at any time after that, it could be seen as an infringement of the Company's intellectual property, and the Company will have the right to take legal action in this case.
